Agreement

By buying, downloading, or using OnTrack, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. OnTrack is made and sold by an independent developer, contactable at homeathome1103@gmail.com.

Your licence

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non transferable licence to install and use OnTrack on devices you own or control, for as long as you like. One purchase covers your own use across your own machines.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the app or its source, or remove any notices from it. You may not represent it as your own work.

Price and payment

OnTrack costs a single payment of $4 USD. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is processed by Gumroad under its own terms. Prices may change for future buyers, but a purchase already made is never charged again.

Updates

Updates released after your purchase are included at no extra cost. We do not promise any specific future feature, platform, or release date. Anything described as coming soon on the website is an intention, not a commitment.

Not medical advice

OnTrack is designed with ADHD friendly principles in mind. It is a productivity tool and nothing more. It is not a medical device, not a diagnosis, not treatment, and not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Nothing in the app or on this website should be taken as medical or psychological advice.

Your data is your responsibility

OnTrack stores your data locally on your own device. We have no copy of it and cannot recover it for you. Clearing your browser data, losing the device, a disk failure, or uninstalling the app can permanently delete everything you have entered. The app includes an export function, and backing up is your responsibility.

Third party services

The optional AI coach connects to a third party provider using an API key you supply. Your use of that provider is governed by its own terms and pricing, not ours. We are not responsible for its output, availability, cost, or accuracy. Coach responses are generated by an AI model and can be wrong.

No warranty

OnTrack is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to OnTrack is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost data, lost profits, lost time, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

Ending the licence

Your licence ends if you take a refund, or if you breach these terms. You can also end it at any time by deleting the app. When a licence ends, so does access to the download page and future updates.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when. Continuing to use OnTrack after a change means you accept the updated terms.
